Slice potatoes to preferred thickness. My favourite is between 1/4 to 1/2 inch depending on the rest of the meal. You can leave skin on or peel potatoes.
Mix olive oil, grated parmesan, salt, pepper and garlic.
Coat potatoes with the mix, using your hands. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and make single layer of potatoes for baking
Bake at 375 degrees, for 15 to 20. minutes, flip them and cook another 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
