Préchauffer le four à 350 °F (180 °C).
Wash and dry potatoes, then lightly brush with olive oil. Wrap each potato in tin foil and place directly into oven. Bake for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing tin foil.
Transfer potatoes to a serving dish. Using a knife, slice each potato down the middle and gently squeeze to open. Add 1 tbsp of sour cream to each one and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
