Cook potatoes according to package directions and allow them to cool for 15 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters and transfer to a large bowl. Cut the bocconcini in half and add to the bowl of tomatoes. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper, mix and set aside.
Cut the potatoes in half and add to the bowl of tomatoes and bocconcini. Pour any remaining sauce from the potatoes into the bowl. Mix and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
