EarthFresh is committed to searching the world for the best potatoes that this good Earth has to offer. Each new discovery is brought back to North America. We grow the potatoes for several years, nurturing them in the climates and soils that suit them best. Finally, we produce enough of these new varieties for you to try them at home.
POLAR WHITE POTATO
The Polar White has beautiful skin and a smooth, creamy texture. It just may be the best white potato you've ever tasted!
Originating in the Netherlands, it is excellent boiled, with a little butter and parsley, or roasted with a little olive oil and rosemary.
