Wash and dry potatoes, then cut into halves. Place into a large resealable plastic bag and add remaining ingredients. Close and shake bag to coat potatoes.
Place potatoes directly onto a preheated grill over a campfire and cook until fork tender, about 20-30 minutes.
Remove cooked potatoes from the grill and transfer to a small bowl. Serve hot or cold, with your favourite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
