Preheat oven to broil (500 degrees F).
Cook Brussels sprouts according to package directions.
While Brussels sprouts are cooking, make the honey Dijon dipping sauce by mixing the remaining ingredients. Set it aside.
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and place onto a baking sheet. Pour any remaining sauce over the Brussels sprouts and broil for 3-5 minutes, until crispy.
Remove the Brussels sprouts and transfer to a serving dish along with the honey Dijon dipping sauce.
Optional, garnish with fresh Thai chili peppers for some heat.
