These oven-baked smoked paprika fries are a healthier, gluten-free, and vegan recipe that will satisfy all french fry cravings. EarthFresh Russet Potatoes are key for this tasty treat. With their high levels of potassium, a great source of vitamin C, low-fat, and a high source of fibre, they are a healthier fry alternative.


  • 6-8 EarthFresh Russet Potatoes
  • 1 head of garlic, each clove crushed
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 ½ tsp kosher salt


Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut potatoes into thin strips, leaving the skins on. Add to a pot of cold salted water, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and set aside.

While potatoes are cooking, mix all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add cooked potatoes and gently toss until evenly coated.

Transfer potatoes to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring there is no overlap. Bake 45-50 minutes, turning once.

Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
