These delicious and easy-to-make garlic parmesan potato wedges are the perfect gluten-free side dish for any meal. High in potassium, a good source of vitamin C, low in fat, and loaded with fibre, these wedges made from EarthFresh Russet Potatoes are easy to prepare and only require a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 EarthFresh Russet Potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, cheese, thyme, salt and pepper.  Transfer to a lightly oiled baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until crispy, tossing occasionally.

Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
